Forced by the lock down to manage my teaching of Work Psychology in online mode, far from my students, I decided to collect my lessons in this text. I committed myself to this work because I must say that, never as in this period, work and the psychological aspects of it will offer new insights to scholars of the subject. This, in my opinion, will be an era of profound revolutions, a new evolutionary era of work, certainly different from how we have understood it until now. The transformations that will result from this period of forced isolation to the way work is carried out, already very varied, I believe, will be remembered as a further revolution or evolutionary period. What we will do is look from the past to the here and now. We will deal with the main theories and areas of research in Work Psychology to dwell more extensively on the individual aspects of work: psychosocial risks, organizational well-being, the meaning that work has in people's lives up to the working groups, their dynamics, conflicts and their resolution.
