The empirical results indicated that each dimensions of organizational commitment affects on individual performance directly. Furthermore, the work ethic moderate between affective commitment and individual performance. Evidence exists that the level of work ethic and organizational commitment may be a contributor to the level of individual performance. More specifically, affective commitment which is the emotional attachment of the employee, were correlated with individual performance.
