'The Provision of Pharmaceuticals by Pharmacists within the German Compulsory Health Care System as Regulated in § 129 SGB V'



The work deals with the rules concerning pharmacists as actors within the German compulsory health care system which are laid down in § 129 SGB V. Especially, pharmacists are obliged to substitute prescribed drugs by cheaper drugs of the same active substance. Alongside, a system of collective contracts establishes a considerable number of further obligations. The work also discusses the legal relationships between pharmacists, health insurance funds and insured persons.
