This volume of the Annual Review of Law and Ethics is the Festschrift for Joachim Hruschka on his 70th birthday. The volume includes contributions from an international and interdisciplinary group of authors on topics from Joachim Hruschka's own areas of research and the fields in which he has had the most influence.
