Web 3.0 is upcoming web revolution its also called the semantic web or web of things. It is the 3rd generation of web revolution. This research covers Web 3.0 design trends, effects of web 3.0 on design using scrum methodology, advantages and disadvantages of Scrum in Web 3.0 Development. This study proposes an implementation plan for Web 3.0 technologies in Scrum methodology. The study also described the problems related in scrum implementation. The study analyzes the adoption of scrum methodology in Web 3.0 environment. The target of this study is to better comprehend the implementation boundaries of Scrum Methodology and the methods that empowers Scrum implementation in wide range of production.
