This book by Xiao Sai, a PhD candidate under the tutelage of Professor Dr. Saedah Siraj in the University of Malaya, focuses on the topic of professional learning community. Professional learning communities (PLCs) create an atmosphere to make the schools or educational organizations effective and flourishing. The core of professional learning community is continuous learning and student achievement, not simply to raise student achievement scores.
