Das Thema "Alkohol" ist gesellschaftsfähiger geworden.

Man spricht darüber. Jeder kennt bestimmt aus

seinem näheren oder weiteren Lebens- bzw.

Arbeitsumfeld einen Menschen mit Alkohol- oder

sonstigen Suchtproblemen.

Unsicherheit besteht jedoch nach wie vor im

Umgang mit Menschen, die Suchtmittel missbrauchen oder

bereits abhängig geworden sind und z.B. am Arbeitsplatz bereits Auffälligkeiten zeigen



"Alcohol" as an issue has over the years become much

more socially accepted than it used to be. The topic is

openly discussed and most people have at least one

person among their friends, acquaintances or colleagues

struggling with an addiction to alcohol or some other drug.

What hasn't changed, however, is the incertitude everyone

still feels when actually confronted with people who are

abusing such addictive substances or who have already

become addicted to them and are showing the first

conspicuous signs, e.g. at work.
