While concepts such as climate change and socio-ecological transformation are an integral part of professional and everyday communication, neither the discipline nor the profession of social work has so far been able to participate in this field in a way that is professionally and publicly effective. This book examines on a theoretical level how this can be changed and how social work can position itself in the discussion.
